DELIVERY POLICY – LARIETTE

Valid for orders placed on www.lariette.com and www.lariette.eu

1. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 15 days, calculated from the moment of order confirmation. Orders confirmed before 12:00 can be processed on the same business day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 will be processed on the next business day.

Exceptions may occur in the following situations:

  • busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Easter);
  • adverse weather conditions;
  • logistical difficulties independent of the Operator;
  • incomplete or incorrect data provided by the customer.

In such cases, the delivery time may be extended and the customer will be notified.

2. Available delivery methods

All orders placed on the site are delivered exclusively by express courier, using partner transport companies, selected by SC BELLADRESS SRL based on performance and national coverage. Currently, deliveries are made through Cargus.

Deliveries are made exclusively within Romania. Deliveries are not made outside the country's borders.

3. Transportation costs

Shipping is free for orders that meet the minimum value threshold specified on the site, depending on the promotions in force. For orders that do not meet this condition, the shipping fee will be displayed in the shopping cart, before completing the order.

SC BELLADRESS SRL reserves the right to change the free shipping policy at any time. Changes apply only to future orders.

4. Special delivery conditions

  • The courier will contact the customer by phone prior to delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be available at the delivery address.
  • If the delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. missing from the address, unjustified refusal), the package will be returned to the sender, and any reshipment will be borne by the customer.
  • The customer cannot request the opening of the package before making the cash on delivery payment, if this payment method was selected.


5. Order Tracking (AWB)

Upon shipment of the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (AWB). With this number, the delivery status can be tracked online, on the courier's website.

For additional information regarding delivery, the customer can contact the courier company directly, using the identification data in the confirmation email.


6. Delivery complaints

If the package arrives with damaged packaging, opened or shows signs of improper handling, the customer is obliged to refuse receipt and note these observations in the courier's report.

Complaints regarding damaged packages must be submitted within a maximum of 3 business days of delivery, together with relevant photos and a description of the situation, to the following address: contact@lariette.com. The operator will investigate and respond within a maximum of 14 days.
