My product froze during transport – can I still use it?
Yes. Lariette Skincare formulas are designed to maintain their stability and effectiveness even at low temperatures. Accidental freezing during shipping does not compromise the safety or performance of the product, provided it is gradually brought back to ambient temperature.
What do I do if the product has frozen?
- Leave the container at room temperature for 24 hours – without forcibly heating it (radiator, microwave, etc.).
- After complete thawing, the product will resume its original texture and effectiveness , without loss of active properties.
- If you notice any unusual changes (persistent separation, altered odor) or have any concerns, please contact our customer service for further guidance.

Can Lariette Skincare products be used safely during pregnancy?
All Lariette Skincare formulas are developed with “clean” ingredients and undergo rigorous toxicological evaluations. However, our lines have not been clinically tested specifically on pregnant or nursing women.

Do Lariette Skincare products contain alcohol?
Not all alcohols are the same, nor are they all harmful to the skin – each ingredient in Lariette Skincare formulas is rigorously evaluated for dermatological safety.
- Exception identified: only Niacinamide 5% Moisturizing Gel, 50 ml contains alcohol (ethanol), used to optimize the texture and stability of the formula.
- For other products, consult the list of ingredients (INCI) on the packaging to check for the presence of alcohol or its derivatives.
- Most of the botanical extracts used (except those in oil-based formulas) are obtained by hydro-alcoholic extraction; therefore, traces of alcohol may be present even if it does not appear explicitly in the INCI. Consequently, we cannot declare the products as completely “alcohol-free”.
Are the fragrances in Lariette Skincare products of natural origin?
Yes – at Lariette Skincare we do not use synthetic fragrances. All our olfactory compositions are 100% vegan and formulated exclusively with natural aromatic substances, without phosphates or other synthetic preservatives.
