RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal from the contract (voluntary return)

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract, without having to justify your decision and without penalties, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you took physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, it is necessary to send a written request by e-mail to: contact@lariette.com or by post to: SC BELLADRESS SRL, Șoseaua Păcurari 157, 1st floor, Office 3, Iași, code 700545. You can use the standard return form or any clear statement expressing the desire to withdraw.


2. Product return conditions

  • Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered: new, unused, unopened, without traces of testing, in the original packaging complete and undamaged.
  • Returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened, tested or used are not accepted, according to art. 16 letter e of GEO 34/2014.
  • The return must be made exclusively by express courier, with prior notification to the operator. Returns are not accepted via the Romanian Post or to addresses other than the one mentioned.


3. Return costs

The shipping costs for returning the products are fully borne by the customer. If the order was delivered free of charge, but the customer partially returns the products, and the value of the products retained no longer meets the conditions for free delivery, the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.


4. Refund of amounts paid

SC BELLADRESS SRL will refund the amount for the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of the return or from the moment the customer proves the shipment of the package - the earliest date is taken into account.

Refund method:

  • For orders paid by card: in the same bank account used for payment.
  • For orders paid cash on delivery: to the IBAN account submitted by the customer in the return request. Refunds are not made in cash.


5. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If the product received has visible defects or was delivered incorrectly, the customer must report the situation within a maximum of 3 working days from delivery. The complaint will be sent to contact@lariette.com and will include relevant photos and details about the order.

The operator will resolve the complaint within a maximum of 14 calendar days. If the problem is confirmed, the product will be replaced at no additional cost or will be fully refunded, including delivery costs.


6. Exclusions from returns

The following product categories cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics;
  • Tested personal care products;
  • Products damaged by the customer;
  • Products without original packaging or without all delivered components (accessories, samples, gifts).
