Lariette Product Customization Policy

This policy regulates the conditions and terms for:
Orders for Lariette products in custom sizes;
Orders for Lariette products in standard sizes;
Orders for custom sizes and products made based on reference photos provided by the client.
2. General Terms
2.1. Customized products are made exclusively using Lariette raw materials to guarantee quality and compliance with our standards.
2.2. Customized orders cannot be canceled once the raw materials have been purchased and production has started, according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.
2.3. Placing an order implies acceptance of the customization policy and the terms presented.
2.4. Any request to modify the order must be made before the raw materials are purchased and is subject to Lariette team approval.
3. Order Production
3.1. The production time for products is 9-20 business days but may vary depending on the volume of orders being processed. Customers will be informed if the product is completed earlier.
3.2. The production period starts once all order details have been confirmed and full payment has been received.
3.3. After order completion, delivery takes between 3 and 9 business days, both locally and internationally.
3.4. Lariette reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet technical standards or are not feasible from a production standpoint.
4. Placing the Order
4.1. For custom size orders, the client will complete the size form available on our website. It is mandatory that all measurements are provided accurately and completely to ensure the product is made according to the client’s wishes.
4.2. For standard size orders that are not in stock, the client selects the desired size from the list of standard options on the site.
4.3. For orders based on reference photos provided by the client, prior consultation with the Lariette team is required to confirm design feasibility and establish all specific details.
4.4. Orders are paid in full at the time of placement through the payment methods available on the website.
4.5. Before finalizing the order, the client must check the box agreeing to the terms and customization policy.
4.6. Clients are encouraged to contact the Lariette team for any clarifications before placing the order to avoid misunderstandings.
5. Order Confirmation
5.1. After placing the order, the client will be contacted by a Lariette representative to confirm specifications and to sign a product customization contract.
5.2. The customization contract includes all relevant details: model, materials, sizes, price, and execution deadline.
5.3. The signed contract will serve as a reference in case of any disputes related to product specifications.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Once the order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be canceled.
6.2. In case of cancellation before the raw materials are purchased, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
6.3. Lariette reserves the right to charge additional fees for cancellations involving extensive consulting or significant changes to the original design.
7. Return Policy
7.1. Customized products cannot be returned, according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, art. 16 letter c.
7.2. If the delivered product has manufacturing defects or does not match the specifications confirmed by contract, Lariette commits to remedy the defects or remake the product at no additional cost to the client.
7.3. The client is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery of customized products is made by express courier to the address indicated by the client.
8.2. Delivery costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
8.3. Lariette is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for incorrect information provided by the client regarding the delivery address.
9. Privacy
9.1. Data provided by the client for producing customized products will be used exclusively for fulfilling the order and will be protected according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
9.2. Lariette assumes responsibility for protecting client data and not sharing it with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. Lariette is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen situations.
10.2. If a force majeure event permanently prevents order fulfillment, Lariette will inform the client and offer fair resolution options.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. Lariette reserves the right to modify this policy, with changes published on the website and applicable to subsequent orders.

11.3. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
